1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Horeca sector or food and beverage industry.
3. Relevant certifications in sales techniques or hospitality management are a plus.
4. Experience in managing key accounts and a strong understanding of Horeca operations is essential.
5. Nationalities from regions with a strong Horeca presence are preferred for cultural alignment.
6. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a significant advantage.
7. Strong technical skills in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales activities effectively.
8. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clientele.
9. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Physical ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events is essential.
