Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Team to achieve sales target
  • Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with high-end customers in the premium foodservice sector including 5-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants and gourmet establishments.
  • Drive new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
  • Promote the companys portfolio of premium food products with expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in identifying product ranges to further expand existing portfolio and create a custom offer.
Profile required
  • Currently active in the UAE market with an established network in the premium foodservice industry.
  • Proven experience in management of a Sales Team, business development and sales within the high-end foodservice sector.
  • Strong understanding of luxury food products and the needs of premium hospitality clients.
