GSE Maintenance Foreman: Lead, Safety & Ops
Job summary
A leading aviation service provider in Abu Dhabi is looking for a GSE Foreman to supervise daily operations and maintain ground support equipment. You will coordinate maintenance, evaluate staff performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate should have 12 years of relevant experience and a trade certificate in mechanical or electrical disciplines. Proficiency in advanced computer skills, along with GSE supervisory experience in an airline environment, is essential.
Qualifications
- 12 Years' experience as a Lead Technician/Foreman in a GSE Workshop or equivalent.
- Knowledge of various technical operations and safe work practices associated with the day to day running of a GSE Workshop.
- GSE Supervisory experience in an airline environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate inspection, maintenance, and servicing of ground support equipment.
- Manage and evaluate GSE Maintenance staff performance against goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
