Job summary
A global hospitality company is looking for a Bell Attendant to provide exceptional service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, transporting luggage, inspecting rooms, and responding to inquiries. Ideal candidates should possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous hotel experience is a plus. This role is based in Fujairah, UAE.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bell person is advantageous.
- Previous experience working within a hotel is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests.
- Retrieve and transport guest luggage.
- Inspect guest rooms and inform guests about features.
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
- Organize and store luggage according to guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining equipment appearance and functionality.

A Bell Attendant is responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests, ensuring outstanding guest service and contributing to the hotel's profitability.
As a Bell Attendant, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
- Retrieve and transport guest luggage
- Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines
- Assist in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment
