Job summary
A cleaning services provider in Dubai is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to manage housekeeping staff across various sites. Candidates should have 2-3 years of supervisory experience, a valid UAE driving license, and be physically fit. The role involves supervising cleaning activities, conducting inspections, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness. This position requires flexibility with work hours, including early mornings and late evenings.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Supervise and assign daily tasks to cleaning crews.
- Ensure timely completion and quality of cleaning activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address client concerns.
- Train and monitor cleaners for performance and compliance.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies.
Skills

- Record attendance and work reports ensure timely staff deployment
- 2 3 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning or housekeeping sector
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
- Ability to speak Hindi or Nepali (basic English is a plus)
- Physically fit and willing to travel across sites
- Flexible with work hours including early morning or late evening shifts
