Keeping our guests, colleagues, and property safe is at the heart of True Hospitality. At InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa, we’re looking for a Security Supervisor who will take pride in ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for everyone in our resort.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
  • Supervise the daily operations of the security team to ensure smooth and safe resort operations
  • Train, equip, and motivate officers to deliver professional and consistent service
  • Support the Director of Security & Risk in implementing safety procedures and emergency standards
  • Conduct regular inspections and oversee emergency drills across the property
  • Maintain compliance with legal, company, and safety regulations
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping of keys, incidents, visitor logs, and contractor movements
  • Oversee CCTV operations and ensure effective monitoring at all times
  • Support and participate in the resort’s emergency response plans to protect guests and colleagues
What We need from you:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in security or law enforcement, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of local laws, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols
  • Certification in safety and first aid; CPR or First Aid instructor training preferred
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
