A leading consultancy firm in the UAE is seeking a highly organized Chief of Staff with a strong background in construction or civil engineering. The role involves supporting senior leadership, managing high-level initiatives, and ensuring efficient cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction sector, strong project management and leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of UAE regulations is crucial. This position offers an opportunity to drive strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a construction or civil engineering company in the UAE.
- Proven experience in project coordination or strategic planning roles.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and compliance.

We are seeking a highly organized and strategically-minded Chief of Staff with a background in construction or civil engineering to support our senior leadership team in streamlining operations, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, leadership presence and prior experience within the UAE construction sector.
Work closely with the CEO/Managing Director to manage high-level initiatives, daily operations and special projects
Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, project management, procurement and operations
Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, ensuring smooth communication and execution of priorities
Prepare high-impact presentations, reports and briefs for internal and external stakeholders
Analyze data from project sites, budgets and operations to inform business decisions
Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines
Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for efficient execution
Manage and track progress on key strategic initiatives
Represent the leadership team in meetings, follow up on action items and ensure timely completion
Facilitate effective communication between departments and senior leadership
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in a construction or civil engineering company in the UAE
Proven experience in project coordination, executive support or strategic planning roles
Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, compliance and local market dynamics
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and reporting software
UAE driving license is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic construction environment

Confident, proactive and capable of handling confidential and high-level matters
