Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and strategically-minded Chief of Staff with a background in construction or civil engineering to support our senior leadership team in streamlining operations, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, leadership presence and prior experience within the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CEO/Managing Director to manage high-level initiatives, daily operations and special projects

  • Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, project management, procurement and operations

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, ensuring smooth communication and execution of priorities

  • Prepare high-impact presentations, reports and briefs for internal and external stakeholders

  • Analyze data from project sites, budgets and operations to inform business decisions

  • Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines

  • Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for efficient execution

  • Manage and track progress on key strategic initiatives

  • Represent the leadership team in meetings, follow up on action items and ensure timely completion

  • Facilitate effective communication between departments and senior leadership

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a construction or civil engineering company in the UAE

  • Proven experience in project coordination, executive support or strategic planning roles

  • Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, compliance and local market dynamics

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and reporting software

  • UAE driving license is a plus
