About the Role

As a Production Coordinator in Event Production you will support the planning and execution of event production activities from pre-production through to onsite delivery and wrap-up. You will be the operational glue that ensures timelines are met resources are allocated and everyone has what they need to succeed.

What Youll Do

Production Support: Assist Production Managers with timelines crew schedules and deliverables.

Logistics Coordination: Manage bookings permits equipment orders and transportation.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records production schedules and progress reports.

Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery.

On-Site Assistance: Provide hands-on support during event builds rehearsals and live days.

Post-Event Closeout: Assist with debriefs inventory tracking and reconciliation reports.
