Job summary

A leading construction consultancy firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project management services for a mixed-use development. Key responsibilities include collaborating with planning teams, ensuring project schedules are met, and integrating sustainability practices. The project:

Mace is providing project management services on a large mixed‑use regeneration development in Abu Dhabi. The site will have commercial workplaces and retail units along with public realm.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Collaborates with planning teams to ensure projects and tenders align with defined processes.
  • Verifies project schedules and monitors progress for compliance and efficiency.
  • Supports project management to deliver projects on time and profitably.
  • Plans medium‑complexity projects or manages portfolios of smaller projects.
  • Develops detailed plans considering logistics, site, and project constraints.
  • Interfaces with teams for weekly progress reporting and contractual obligations.
  • Tracks productivity, communicates effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Integrates sustainability, health & safety, and carbon reduction goals into project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
  • Middle East experience is an advantage.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
  • Infrastructure experience and advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, data modeling, queries, and VBA.
  • Involves system implementation, data integration, reporting automation, and strong communication/training capabilities.
