A leading international airline is looking for a Crew Training Controller in Abu Dhabi. This role involves maintaining training events, managing crew schedules, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of airline operations experience and familiarity with crew management software. This is a key position to maximize training effectiveness and operational efficiency in a dynamic environment.
Synopsis
Reporting to the Senior Manager Training Planning; the Crew Training Controller will be responsible for maintaining all 24 / 7 published rostered training events, whilst ensuring maximum utilization of all training simulator devices, facilities and instructors to maximize the potential of the 3rd Party revenue budget. Ensuring 100% compliance to OM-D, GCAA and EASA within a crew management software system
