AHS, a leader in the luxury real estate market, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this creative role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and showcase our luxurious properties. Your designs will play a key role in enhancing our marketing initiatives across various platforms.

• Design & Production
  • Create visually compelling content for print and digital formats, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, websites, and presentations.
  • Utilize design software to produce high-quality graphics, incorporating photography, illustration, and brand elements.
• Collaboration & Concept Development
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop design concepts that support campaigns and property promotions.
  • Communicate ideas clearly through sketches and drafts, remaining open to feedback and iteration.
• Brand Consistency
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to AHS’s style guide and luxury standards.
  • Ensure all visual content reflects the sophistication and prestige of the AHS brand.
• Project Management
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining visual assets, ensuring they are accessible and up-to-date.
• Creative Innovation
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh, creative ideas and solutions.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative concepts to the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in luxury branding or real estate
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design projects, particularly in luxury or lifestyle sectors
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of print production processes and digital media best practices
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
