Role: Junior Graphic Designer - 3D

About the role:

We are partnering with a renowned global leader in the drinks and beverages industry to hire a Junior Graphic Designer with 3D capabilities. Based on‑site (hybrid) within a regional team of seven, you will craft distinctive B2B and B2C communications that strengthen the brand across online and offline channels. From venue branding to digital activation with experienced 3D visualisation. Reporting to the Regional Creative Traffic Manager, you’ll work closely with the Creative Team and cross‑functional partners to create compelling visuals across different channels and content types, executing production and finalisation to ensure impactful delivery that elevates market presence and resonates with both consumers and trade partners.

What you will be doing:
  • Demonstrate creative flair while working within brand guidelines, with strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and marketing principles.
  • Support packaging and print initiatives—packaging, VAPs, labels, and assets—with precision, quality, and brand alignment; can assist with 3D renders when needed.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for completed work and internal processes, while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) with the capability to produce high‑quality 2D and 3D animated content tailored for digital platforms.
  • Show experience designing for both print and digital, including POS materials, menus, social media assets, and venue branding for on‑trade and off‑trade activations.
  • Maintain excellent communication and collaboration skills with fluency in English to facilitate smooth project outcomes.

  • Have 1‑3 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in alcohol, beverage, or hospitality industry) with a portfolio showcasing diverse creative work in 3D and 2D models across different media.
  • Excited to work with GenAI tools and explore innovative ways to blend human creativity with AI efficiencies to enhance 3D and 2D design workflows and outcomes.
What you need to be great in this role:
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
  • Ability to conceptualise and produce visibility materials that enhance brand presence in physical spaces: Designing large scale spaces – bespoke boutique stores & concession stands, designing event spaces.
  • Comfortable to express ideas quickly with freehand sketches.
  • Competent in SketchUp (SolidWorks advantageous).
  • Proven experience at designing and developing retail furniture and displays.
  • Proven experience in management of campaign and production budgets.
  • Stay current with trends in 3D/2D design and related technologies while assisting in troubleshooting technical issues in design workflows.
  • Designing visually appealing promotional key visuals, POS, branding and print materials that reflect brand aesthetics.
  • Translate concepts and 3D‑designed spaces into detailed technical drawings for all 3D‑created environments.
  • Excellent Adobe CS skills with great knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator, also in 3D design, motion graphics, and visual effects with proficiency in industry‑standard software for 3D modelling, animation, and graphic design with the ability to produce bespoke digitally drawn assets from scratch.
  • An innate and deep affinity with layout, typography and idea‑generation.
  • Exceptional motion design skills with a proven ability to create engaging and visually compelling content.
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects and related motion design software, with a strong understanding of animation workflows and visual effects.
  • Strong enthusiasm for both 3D and 2D motion graphics, with the ability to animate across a wide range of styles and techniques to create immersive and visually compelling retail experiences.
  • Ideal 3D background: degree in interior/retail design or Applied Arts, with ability to sketch ideas quickly by hand.
  • Passionate about using GenAI tools to fuse human creativity with AI efficiency, enhancing design workflows and outcomes.
