Key Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager with a robust background in sales of production printing machines such as RISO Kyocera and similar technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and expanding customer accounts, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base and ensure strong presence in the industry.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Report to management on sales results and potential opportunities for growth.
- Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
