About Us

Tactical is a global creative & innovation studio. Born from social and inspired by culture, we’re champions of storytelling across the platforms and technologies that shape the internet; today and tomorrow.

We work with brands to connect the dots in a maze of swipe, tap, irrelevant.

Who you are

You are a culturally fluent, sharp-witted Social Creative with a key focus on Sport who knows how to turn sporting moments into scroll-stopping content. You’re constantly online, plugged into what’s trending, and ready to jump on the next big moment with a smart idea, a sharp caption, or a timely meme. Whether it's a niche fandom reference or a viral TikTok trend, you know how to translate it into content people want to like, share, and talk about.

- Deeply immersed in entertainment, sport & pop culture — you understand what sport fans are talking about and can jump on content trends.

- Constantly on X, TikTok, and Instagram — you know what’s trending and what’s about to be, you are fully in tune with what is happening in the world of sport and are up to date with the major events.

- A strong copywriter with a natural, conversational tone, sharp humour, and the ability to match different brand voices with ease.

- Creative and collaborative, but also independent and self-driven — you don’t wait to be told to contribute.

- Detail-oriented with an excellent sense of timing, tone, and what makes people react online.

- Quick, reactive, and always looking for the next opportunity to make a brand part of the cultural conversation.

What you'll do
  • Develop and execute social content ideas that are platform-native, in line with our sport agenda, and creatively on point.
  • Develop the monthly social content calendar for one/two of our major sporting events in the region.
  • Bring to life our sporting events on social, through impactful ideas that generate into ticket sales and attendance.
  • Write social copy that makes people stop scrolling — from one-liners to longer captions — all in a tone that feels human, relatable, and brand-aligned.
  • Monitor social conversations and trends to react in real-time with smart, engaging content.
  • Work cross-functionally with our in-house creative teams to bring your content pieces to life.
  • Support community engagement by crafting content that feels like it’s coming from a fan, not a feed.
  • You’ll be on the ground during the sporting events, managing social content output and capturing social moments for reels & TikTok.
  • You’ll also come up with interesting content ideas to shoot on the ground with players & partners.
What you'll bring
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, community management, or digital storytelling — ideally within a creative agency, entertainment brand, or fast-paced in-house content team.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and the differences between the major tournaments and organizations.
  • Proven track record of producing high-performing social content across TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience in short-form video creation — including shooting, editing (using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or in-app editors), and developing creative ideas tailored to platform trends.
  • Strong background in copywriting for social — from punchy one-liners and memes to longer captions and community‑first replies, with fluency in tone and nuance.
  • Demonstrated ability to spot trends early, create culturally relevant content, and respond quickly to real-time moments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. strategy, design, production, client service) to bring content ideas to life from brief to execution.
  • Familiarity with social media performance metrics and how to interpret them to optimise content.
