Job summary

A recruitment firm in the UAE seeks an experienced marketing professional to lead 360° event marketing campaigns and manage social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of experience in event or lifestyle marketing, and strong skills in digital marketing and copywriting. Passion for live music and entertainment is a plus.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee full 360° event marketing campaigns from concept to post‑event review.
  • Lead key visual and event identity creation, ensuring alignment with brand and objectives.
  • Draft campaign strategies, track milestones and KPIs, and provide regular progress updates to management.
  • Produce post‑event marketing reports detailing reach, audience insights, ROI, and key learnings.
  • Manage social media content strategy across entertainment channels, creating detailed calendars and engaging captions tailored to each platform.
  • Moderate community engagement and collaborate with design and video teams to ensure visual consistency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and event partners; negotiate barter deals and coordinate promotional activations.
  • Oversee onsite coordination with sponsors, influencers, and media partners during event days to secure coverage and integration.
  • Provide onsite and cross‑functional support to the Event Delivery team, ensuring marketing commitments are executed, including branding, sponsor visibility, and media access.
  • Assist internal departments (Production, Operations, Business Development) in developing marketing materials for sales pitches, sponsorship proposals, and client presentations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in entertainment, events, or lifestyle marketing within the UAE or wider region.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and ticketing promotions.
  • Experience managing agency or vendor relationships for creative production and media buying.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, Facebook) and tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent English copywriting and communication skills; Arabic language is an advantage.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple event campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Creative flair and passion for live music, arts, and entertainment.
