Job summary
A leading real estate developer in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HR management within the UAE real estate sector and a strong knowledge of UAE labor law. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with MOHRE regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for fostering a positive work culture. Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience within the UAE real estate sector.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and performance management systems.
- Support management in organizational planning and talent development.
- Foster a positive work culture across all branches.
