A leading engineering consultancy in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking a Construction Manager for offshore projects. The ideal candidate should possess over 20 years of oil and gas construction experience, with significant offshore project involvement. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, managing compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines. A Bachelor's in Engineering is mandatory, with a strong track record in subsea cable and piping systems being highly valued. Successful candidates can expect a full-time fixed-term contract.

- Must have handled large FEED / EPC projects in the offshore field.
- Proven track record in PMC or client-side roles.

Penspen is urgently looking for Construction Manager (Offshore - WHTs, Subsea Cable & Piping, B / Fs) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.
- The candidates should have a Bachelors in Engineering Degree (Mandatory)
- Manage offshore construction projects from concept through execution, including wellhead towers (WHTs), subsea cables, piping systems, and brownfield modifications.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review and validate design documents, technical reports, and FEED deliverables.
- Conduct constructability reviews and ensure alignment between design intent and field execution.
- Interface with mechanical, electrical, structural, and marine disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Deep understanding of WHTs, subsea infrastructure, piping systems, and brownfield tie-ins.
- Familiarity with international offshore standards (API, DNV, ASME) and marine operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Support engineering change management and resolve technical challenges.
- Minimum 20+ years in oil & gas construction, with 5 to 8+ years in offshore projects.
- Should have at least 10 years of experience in Subsea Cable & Piping, Wellhead Tower.
- Proven track record in PMC or client-side roles, especially within ADNOC or similar environments.
- Must have handled large FEED / EPC projects in the offshore field.
- Previous experience in ADNOC projects in a similar role would be an added advantage.
