Job summary
A leading restaurant group in Abu Dhabi is looking for a dedicated individual to manage dining reservations and support front-of-house operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, directing service staff, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining area. The ideal candidate should possess a high school degree and have at least one year of experience in a similar role. Join a welcoming team in a vibrant dining setting.
Qualifications
- High School Degree.
- One year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Schedules dining reservations and informs the Manager about preparations.
- Greets customers and provides menus as they wait.
- Inspects serving stations for cleanliness.
- Directs waitstaff on customer needs.
- Prepares workstation and maintains an organized reservation book.
- Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners and and inform the Manager for him to coordinate the needed preparations
- Greet arriving customers with a friendly and welcoming approach, seat them and provide menus as they wait for the waiter/waitress to serve them
- Provide support in inspecting the serving stations in the dining area to ensure neatness and cleanliness
- Direct and instruct waiters/waitresses on customer needs to ensure customers receive fast and quality service from the moment they arrive
- Prepare the workstation, maintain an organized reservation book and always make sure the menus are wiped down, free of spots or stains, and complete
- High School Degree
- One year of experience in a similar role
