Job summary

A leading hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a talented individual to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of guest relations. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management, at least one year of experience, and skills in communication and service excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment near major attractions such as The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

Qualifications

  • At least one year experience in the same position.
  • 4 or 5 stars hotel experience is preferred.

Job Description
  • To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills
  • To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations
  • Establish, promote and maintain good public relations and enhances sales for the hotel at every opportunity
  • To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues
  • Be available for guests at all times
  • To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment
  • To take time and get to know the guests, and to be committed to service excellence.
  • To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the guests satisfaction.
