Your main responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing inquiries, handling correspondence, and ensuring the front office is neat and well-organized.

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to other departments

• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma or degree in administration is a plus
• Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk representative is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Customer-oriented mindset

• Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 (based on experience)
