Job Description

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring that all systems run smoothly and efficiently while promptly addressing any technical issues.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster skill development and improve team performance.
• Coordinate IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and security compliance.
• Conduct regular assessments of existing IT infrastructure, recommending upgrades and improvements as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, utilizing data to drive decisions and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and effectively support their technology initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
