A leading international luxury hospitality group is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for their iconic venues in Dubai. The role offers opportunities for growth and requires 1 year of supervisory experience in a premium dining environment and 3 years as a Head Waiter. Candidates must be fluent in English and ideally have proficiency in Greek or Russian. The position includes a competitive salary of AED 9,000 per month plus benefits, such as medical insurance and annual flight tickets.

These venues are known for high-volume service, discerning clientele, and a strong focus on guest experience, service standards, and team leadership. This role offers exposure to premium dining and beach club operations with clear growth potential within a global hospitality portfolio. This position is only suited to candidates currently outside the UAE who are already familiar with the UAE market or have worked in the country previously. The employer provides 7 days of hotel accommodation on arrival only, after which candidates are expected to secure their own long-term housing. Candidates should therefore be comfortable navigating the Dubai rental market independently and transitioning quickly into a live-out setup.
