Job summary
A prestigious local government entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking a leader to oversee soft services across large-scale facilities. This role involves managing a team and ensuring compliance with service standards and operational KPIs. Ideal candidates are UAE Nationals with over 7 years of experience in facilities management, particularly in cleaning, pest control, or planning services.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven experience in soft services or facilities management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and service providers.
- Background in cleaning, pest control, or planning services is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of four direct reports within the soft services function.
- Oversee the delivery and quality of soft services across multiple facilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and report directly to the Facilities Management Section Head.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, health and safety regulations, and operational KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across soft service operations.
