Job summary
A prominent HR service provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Assistant to manage onboarding and offboarding processes, assist with visa applications, and coordinate with various teams for effective HR service delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR systems and be able to handle employee-related matters competently. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to stay updated with HR best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR processes like onboarding and offboarding.
- Knowledge of visa processes and HR systems.
- Ability to handle employee-related inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in visa processes and data maintenance.
- Coordinate with teams for timely completion of HR tasks.
- Onboarding & Offboarding-
- Assist in visa processes
- Data maintenance using internal HR system.
- Processing of all HR service requests
- Review attendance / Timesheet
- Issuance of letters based on company policy
- Coordination with insurance and PRO team for timely process completion
- Coordination with Account Management team for employee related matters.
- Assist Team Lead with all processes upon request
- Provide a reliable point of contact for all employee related matters
- Assist in preparing learning materials
- Support with all internal and external admin HR related inquiries or requests
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Review, interpret and recommend policy, process, or improvement programs on all HR areas.
