Job summary
A leading security firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Security Manager to oversee security operations and ensure the safety of employees and visitors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a minimum of 1-year experience in a security-related role preferred. This role includes developing security policies, monitoring systems, and training staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related fields (preferred but not essential).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and think logically under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies compliant with laws and regulations.
- Monitor security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access controls.
- Supervise security staff across shifts.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly.
- Investigate reported incidents and suspicious activities.
- Coordinate with other departments on safety protocols.
- Provide security training to staff.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Maintain security activity records.
