The ideal candidate has extensive experience in digital transformation, a deep understanding of PLM and ERP systems, and familiarity with AI and digital design. We're hiring a Technology Director for a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle group based in Dubai. This full-time, office-based role will lead end-to-end tech strategy across design, sourcing, product lifecycle, and merchandising—building a seamless, data-powered pipeline from concept to consumer.
You’ll drive cross-functional innovation across tools for forecasting, personalization, and digital product creation, including 3D design, AI labelling, and virtual try-on. The focus is on speed, efficiency, and sustainability—transforming legacy systems while embedding a culture of innovation.
We’re looking for a senior technology leader with deep expertise in PLM, ERP, and merchandising systems, plus a strong grasp of how to apply AI/ML in fashion workflows. Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and strong stakeholder management are key.
Relocation support to Dubai is included, with flights and temporary accommodation provided.
