A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Bellman/Doorman to greet guests warmly and assist with their luggage and transportation needs. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a 5-star environment, strong customer service skills, and a professional attitude. Responsibilities include ensuring the lobby remains organized and delivering items to guest rooms. This is a customer-focused role requiring physical stamina.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as Bellman/Doorman in a 5-star hotel is preferred.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting luggage, standing for long hours).
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth.
- Assist with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.
- Escort guests to their rooms explaining hotel facilities.
