  • Passion for psychology & tech (how do humans learn best?).
  • Creativity (not the boring job here).
  • Strategic mindset (linking training to business results).

3. HR Business Partner (HRBP) – The "Culture CEO"

You’ll do:

  • Advise leaders on work, performance, and org design.
  • Tackle real-time challenges (e.g., "How do we retain Gen Z talent in Port Operation?").
  • Use people analytics to predict turnover before it happens.

You’ll need:

  • Business acumen (you speak "profit" and "people").
  • High EQ (reading between the lines in exec meetings).
  • Courage (pushing back when leaders prioritize short-term wins over culture).

Our Commitments to Fresh Gradates:

  • 12 Months of In-Depth Training: Engage in a well-rounded program that allows you to rotate through different roles within DP World’s UAE operations. This hands-on experience will help you develop a wide range of skills and a deep understanding of our business, all within a structured timeframe that adapts to our dynamic environment.
  • Quarterly Presentations: Regular opportunities will be provided for you to present your learning progress, share insights, and contribute innovative ideas. These presentations will help hone your communication skills and solidify your knowledge.
  • Mentorship: Each trainee in DP World is assigned to a mentor to guide and coach him/her. The trainee is expected to meet the mentor on a monthly basis for 1 hour. These sessions must be initiated by the trainee and must be confidential and only shared between Mentor-Mentee and Emiratisation Team.
  • Development: Take advantage of advanced training sessions, workshops, and developmental programs designed to keep you at the forefront of industry knowledge and best practices throughout the program.

Conditions to apply

  • Able to work and commute to Jabal Ali
  • Completion of National Service (for males only)
  • Work experience should not exceed two years
  • Bachelor’s degree (regardless of major)
