Job Title: PRO / Legal Researcher

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Researcher to join our legal consultancy firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist our legal team by conducting in-depth legal research, analyzing laws and regulations, and preparing accurate reports to support ongoing cases and advisory services.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on UAE laws, regulations, and court precedents.
- Analyze and interpret statutes, legal articles, and case law.
- Draft memoranda, reports, and summaries for the legal team’s review.
- Assist lawyers in preparing legal opinions, contracts, and documents.
- Monitor updates and amendments to UAE laws relevant to the firm’s practice.
- Provide administrative and research support to ensure timely case management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Holding a valid Law Certificate.
- Minimum 1 year of legal research or related experience in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal system.
- Excellent legal writing and drafting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in legal research tools, MS Office, and online legal databases.
- Salary will be discussed upon interview and will be based on qualifications and experience.
