Job description

Charterhouse is partnered with a Family Office in Abu Dhabi who is looking to hire an experienced HR Analyst to join their HR function on a 6‑month contract.

About the Role

The HR Analyst will support the delivery of efficient, accurate and compliant HR operations, with a strong focus on HR data, analytics, payroll support and HR systems administration.

This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of HR data, producing accurate reports, and supporting the smooth running of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining HR dashboards and reports, supporting data analysis to identify trends and operational insights. A strong attention to detail is essential, as the role will ensure consistency and accuracy of data across HR systems and reports.

A key area of this role involves supporting monthly payroll processes, including the preparation and validation of payroll inputs, post‑payroll reconciliations and audit support. The HR Analyst will ensure all new joiners are onboarded within the HRIS, ensuring employee records are accurate, compliant and up to date. The role will also support HRIS enhancements, system testing, reporting functionality and process documentation.

In addition, the role will support HR operations and compliance activities, including maintaining employee files, tracking probation periods, visas, contract renewals and key documentation, and supporting internal and external audits. The HR Analyst will work closely with the HR Team to provide administrative support as required.

About You

To be considered for this role, it is crucial to have a strong analytics and payroll background, with the ability to support in HR operational tasks.

Our client is seeking a candidate who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident working with HRIS and payroll systems. The candidate will be methodical and analytical, with the ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion.

Ideally, the candidate will have 5 years’ experience working in HR, and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
