Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience, expertise in managing mid to high-rise residential projects, and a valid UAE Driving License. Responsibilities include project planning, quality assurance, and liaising with consultants. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of up to 30K AED, all-inclusive.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years' experience, ideally in Middle Eastern and South Asian markets.
- Full-cycle project management expertise in residential construction.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car.

About the Client: A rapidly growing group of companies based in Dubai and Kazakhstan, building a strong reputation in real estate with a focus on mid to high-rise residential projects.
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning (pre-construction stage), design, site supervision, quality assurance, and timely completion within budget.
- Prepare work schedules, cost calculations, financial projections, site reports, and documentation while assessing risks and ensuring safety compliance.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce; provide technical guidance and negotiate contracts to optimize project outcomes.
- Lead, delegate, and coordinate tasks, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Professionals with 8–12 years’ experience, ideally aged 30–40, with strong exposure to Middle Eastern and South Asian markets (Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, India, Pakistan).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or in any relevant field.
- At least 3 years relevant experience handling mid to high-rise residential projects with full-cycle project management expertise.
- Must have a valid UAE Driving License and own car.
