About the Client: A rapidly growing group of companies based in Dubai and Kazakhstan, building a strong reputation in real estate with a focus on mid to high-rise residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning (pre-construction stage), design, site supervision, quality assurance, and timely completion within budget.
• Prepare work schedules, cost calculations, financial projections, site reports, and documentation while assessing risks and ensuring safety compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce; provide technical guidance and negotiate contracts to optimize project outcomes.
• Lead, delegate, and coordinate tasks, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Professionals with 8–12 years’ experience, ideally aged 30–40, with strong exposure to Middle Eastern and South Asian markets (Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, India, Pakistan).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or in any relevant field.
• At least 3 years relevant experience handling mid to high-rise residential projects with full-cycle project management expertise.
• Must have a valid UAE Driving License and own car.
