A premium salon in Dubai seeks an experienced Salon Manager to lead daily operations and uphold high service standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in beauty, hospitality or wellness and proficiency with salon software, preferably Zenoti. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Salon Manager to lead daily operations, drive high service standards, and support a motivated team in a fast-growing premium salon environment. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and capable of managing both guests and staff with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, client experience, staff coordination, and service flow
  • Lead and support a diverse team with clear communication, accountability, and respect
  • Ensure all staff onboarding processes are handled properly, including training oversight and performance follow-ups
  • Maintain high-quality client interactions, including resolving concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Manage POS systems, billing, memberships, and service packages
  • Handle operational documentation, forms, and official submissions (e.g., banking forms, vendor contracts, employee paperwork) independently and accurately
  • Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and stock ordering
  • Track operational metrics and prepare basic performance reports for management
  • Support marketing initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and social media coordination
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with salon regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Salon Manager, Front-Desk Manager, or similar role in beauty / hospitality / wellness
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills – must know team members, their roles, and performance status
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Professional client-handling skills, including problem resolution and delivering clear, confident responses
  • Ability to take full ownership of assigned tasks and complete them without needing constant supervision
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Proficiency with salon software; experience with Zenoti preferred
  • If no direct Zenoti experience, must be able to learn quickly and self-train when needed
  • Ability to independently manage documentation processes, including administrative and bank-related forms
