Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to represent Laurus Organics at Sharjah Duty Free. The ideal candidate will be passionate about natural products, skilled in engaging with customers, and driven to meet sales targets while delivering a high-end brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively approach and engage travelers at Sharjah Duty Free to promote Laurus Organics brand, NAJEL.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the product range and effectively communicate product benefits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain an attractive and well-organized product display.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle queries, and resolve minor concerns on the spot.
• Keep up to date with promotions, new products, and company guidelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or sales promotion (preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness).
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Energetic, confident, and results-driven.
• Must be eligible to work in the UAE and available for shifts at Sharjah Duty Free.
