- Promote and sell skincare products to customers at retail outlets, pharmacies, or promotional events.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about product benefits and usage.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Maintain product displays, stock levels, and cleanliness at the counter.
- Stay updated on skincare trends, competitor products, and industry knowledge.
- Submit daily / weekly sales reports to the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or skincare / beauty industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed, confident, and passionate about skincare and beauty.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
- Must Speak Tagalog.
