Job description

1.Brand Promotion

• Represent and promote the fitness gym brand at various events, including trade shows, health fairs, community events, and corporate wellness programs.
• Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our brand’s services, facilities, and membership options.

2. Customer Interaction

• Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer questions and provide information about the club’s offerings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and showcase the benefits of our fitness programs.

3. Lead Generation

• Identify and approach potential customers to gather contact information.
• Maintain detailed records of customer details, interactions and inquiries.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into trial memberships or consultations with our fitness experts.

4. Event Management

• Assist in planning and organizing promotional events.
• Set up and manage booths or stands at events.
• Ensure a high level of presentation and branding consistency at all times.

5. Marketing Support:

• Provide feedback and insights from events to the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Participate in social media campaigns and other online marketing initiatives as needed.
