Job summary
A flooring and tile company based in Dubai is seeking a Project Sales Executive to drive sales through project-based clients. Responsibilities include developing business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with architects and builders, and managing quotations. The ideal candidate has experience in project sales, excellent communication skills, and a robust network in the construction industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project sales, preferably in flooring, tiles, or building materials.
- Strong network within the construction and interior design industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the project segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and order closures.
Skills
Position: Project Sales Executive (Wood Viny Carpet)
Responsible for driving sales of flooring and tile products through project-based clients including builders architects interior designers and contractors while ensuring strong relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Identify approach and develop new business opportunities in the project segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects builders and contractors.
- Present product portfolios samples and technical specifications to clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations negotiations and order closures.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Monitor market trends competitors and pricing strategies.
- Proven experience in project sales preferably in flooring tiles or building materials.
- Strong network within the construction and interior design industry.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
