- Lead the commercial management of projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and financial objectives.
- Oversee cost control, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
- Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution in collaboration with legal and project teams.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project profitability.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards.
- Provide commercial reports, forecasts, and financial assessments to senior management.
- Support project teams in achieving budgetary and contractual targets.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial management within construction and consultancysectors.
- Experience in procuring consultants etc
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulations in the UAE.
- Proven track record in cost control, contract management, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, CIOB) is a plus.
