We are hiring Sector Sales Specialist Manufacturing, responsible for developing and delivering the sales and marketing strategy to drive growth in the Manufacturing sector.

Role Summary:
The Sector Sales Specialist is a key role within Aggreko.
You will manage a sales plan (account portfolio), focusing on growth within current customers, re-engaging lapsed customers, and acquiring new clients, with an emphasis on profitability.
The role involves a 70%/30% split between new business prospecting and existing account growth.
What you'll do:
Target, develop, and acquire customers within your sales plan
Motivated to meet and exceed revenue and KPI targets
Ensure non-rental costs are appropriately priced (Fuel, Freight, Rehire)
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues
Follow Aggreko's sales process (sector sales excellence) and utilize CRM and CPQ systems (Salesforce)
Meet minimum sales activity and compliance requirements
Monitor and analyze legislative impacts on key accounts
Propose fleet and service developments to meet customer and legislative needs
Skills and experience:
Experienced technical sales professional with a strong commercial acumen
Experience selling or renting capital equipment or technical/engineering solutions/services (solution selling)
Degree in sales or technical discipline
At least 5 years of successful sales experience in industrial services
Target-driven with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs
Valid driving license
Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus
