What will I be doing
- Assisting the housekeeping manager with building and managing effective teams.
- Developing the team to drive accountability and ownership.
- Delivering training to new joiners and current team members.
- Using guest feedback tools to identify focus areas and evolve plans accordingly.
- Ensuring department standards, policies, and processes are adequate and implemented.
- Addressing issues and assisting the manager in implementing corrective actions.
- Ensuring product delivery aligns with brand standards through regular inspections.
- Managing guest satisfaction and handling day-to-day guest escalations effectively.
- Ensuring proper communication procedures for maintenance and departmental actions are followed.
- Controlling inventory and analyzing damages and losses within the department.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of bedroom cleaning and inventory management.
- Experience with customer feedback, inventory, maintenance, and computer systems.

Experience
- Previous experience as a hotel housekeeping team leader or reliever for a team leader.
