Responsibilities

• Oversee the night shift operations of fitout projects.
• Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and on-site staff.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess work progress and compliance with plans.
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the night shift.
• Prepare and submit reports on nightly progress to management.
• Ensure adequate materials and equipment are available for operations.
