Job summary
A leading GCC fashion group is seeking a Recruitment Officer in Dubai to manage the full recruitment cycle, specifically targeting talents in women's fashion. The ideal candidate must be open to Arabic nationals, with at least 4 years of experience in recruitment within the fashion industry. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential. This role offers a competitive salary package of up to 10K AED depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in the retail sector, specifically in women's fashion.
- At least 4 years of recruitment experience within the fashion or fashion-related industry.
- Must be excellent in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frontliners.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process, including documentation and compliance checks.

- Must be excellent in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
