About This Opportunity

Join Mumzworld as we transform the mother and baby eCommerce experience in MENA. As Product Manager for our eCommerce platform you'll help build features that impact millions of families and drive business growth. This is a hands‑on role where you'll contribute to key product areas, work with design and engineering, and help launch new features. You'll be important in making Mumzworld the top mother and baby eCommerce leader in the region.

What You'll Own
  • Help define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Work on Jira stories managing their lifecycle from creation to deployment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and ship solutions.
  • Be involved in managing releases and feature development ensuring smooth rollouts.
  • Support user acquisition conversion optimization and retention strategies.
  • Assist in optimizing the entire customer journey from browsing to buying.
  • Help establish KPIs and use analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist with A/B tests and experiments to confirm product ideas.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
  • 2 years in Product Management with mandatory eCommerce experience
  • Proven ability to contribute to measurable growth in online retail
  • Experience with conversion optimization funnel analysis and customer retention
  • Background in B2C eCommerce platforms (marketplace retail or direct-to-consumer)
Execution & Collaboration Excellence
  • Self‑directed – you can take initiative and manage your work
  • Strong bias for action and urgency – you move quickly and efficiently
