Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist in kitchen operations. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role in the hotel industry.
- Proficient in Food Hygiene, HACCP, and OH&S.
- Excellent culinary skills in International and Western Cuisine.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Ensure quality and presentation of all dishes.
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain high safety standards.
- Conduct checks on ingredient quality and manage inventory.
