A leading FinTech technology firm is seeking a Lead Sales Executive to drive revenue and manage deal execution. The role requires 5-7 years of experience in the fintech sector, working autonomously to generate prospects and maintain strong client relationships. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive compensation package of $160K - $180K plus equity and uncapped commission. This position has high autonomy and significant opportunities for market expansion.

We are a rapidly growing technology company in the FinTech sector focused on delivering next-generation infrastructure, with a strong presence in Blockchain and Cybersecurity. We are seeking a Lead Sales Executive to drive revenue and manage end-to-end deal execution within a key territory. This role requires a high-activity, autonomous "maverick" who can operate independently with remote support and thrive in an agile startup environment.
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation through final negotiation and procurement. This includes deep prospecting, gathering complex technical and commercial requirements, and executing channel and partner strategies to drive incremental revenue. You will be a critical representative of the company in the market, driving brand awareness at industry events and feeding back vital customer intelligence to Product and Marketing teams.
