This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality, cost-efficient, and compliant products from concept to commercialization while supporting business growth across EMEAA markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead new product development from concept to market launch across EMEAA markets.
  • Establish and standardize product formulations, processes, and quality standards within regional guardrails.
  • Conduct product technology transfer to commissaries and accredited third‑party toll processors.
  • Drive product and process improvements for quality, efficiency, manufacturing optimization, and supply sustainability.
  • Support supplier development, alternative raw materials and packaging, and supply chain initiatives.
  • Ensurer regulatory compliance, including food safety, labeling, and country‑specific requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver menu architecture and operational excellence.
