  • Perform early issue identification, tracking, and resolution to ensure segment‑leading quality performance.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to Quality leadership and key stakeholders on quality issues, risks, and status.
  • Lead launch and current product problem‑solving activities, driving robust containment and permanent corrective actions.
  • Deploy quality deliverables according to planned development timing and program milestones.
  • Work closely with the product team to identify and gather critical status updates for Quality reviews.
  • Plan, facilitate, and maintain the integrity of materials for Quality Review meetings.
  • Support the Program Execution Team (PET) with data‑driven quality analysis and recommendations.
  • Help facilitate Program team Pre‑PIT / CPIT meetings, ensuring quality topics are clearly defined and addressed.
  • Provide detailed analysis on issues to responsible champions for resolution and aggressively drive closure, including items related to warranty claims, captured test fleet (CTF), dealer concerns, VOC and other quality indicators.
  • Analyze, project, and track warranty and customer survey information to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Plan and execute Quality Rides focusing on identifying issues and customer concerns.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of global quality planning processes, standards, and templates.
  • Support Quality Deep Dives, Sector Reviews, and Quality Councils with robust data, insights, and action tracking.
  • Support special quality investigations and studies as required.
  • Create, develop, and champion strong relationships across multiple functions and regions to align on quality objectives and execution.
