Job Description

• Prepare and float inquiry packages for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Compile complete inquiry documents, including:
  Item specifications
  BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
  Approved vendor/supplier lists
  Technical drawings and detailed scope
• Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and site teams to ensure package accuracy and completeness.
• Source and identify construction materials and relevant subcontractors based on project needs.
• Address clarifications raised during tendering and assess impact on cost, scope, and schedule.
• Analyze quotations and prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets.
• Assist in negotiations and vendor/subcontractor finalization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 4–5 years of UAE experience in procurement within the construction industry
• Strong ability to identify construction-related items and subcontractors
• Basic knowledge of MEP items (advantage, not mandatory)
• Familiarity with local vendors, subcontractors, and current market rates
• Solid knowledge of construction materials and tendering procedures
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with strong document handling skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
