1. Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure properties are well-maintained and attractive to potential tenants.
2. Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants, including advertising available spaces and conducting property tours.
3. Screen prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility criteria and negotiate lease terms in accordance with company policies.
4. Facilitate lease agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements.
5. Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and concerns, addressing issues promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction.
6. Prepare, maintain, and update various leasing reports.
7. Ensure all lease contract information is accurately entered into the system, including new leases, renewals, and terminations.
8. Prepare lease agreement contracts as per the approved Leasing Approval Form.

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in any major from an accredited institution.
• Have at least three years of experience in mall leasing or a similar role, preferably within the shopping mall industry.
• Proficient knowledge of mall industry dynamics, leasing principles, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster tenant relationships and secure lease agreements.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead a team and drive leasing strategies to achieve business objectives.
