About Position: We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business development to identify new investors and clients.
- The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
- Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research and prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
- Presentation to customers on our project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/finalization of deals.
- Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
- Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
- Manage a portfolio of listings.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
- Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven sales experience is preferred (Off Plan Sales).
- Well-presented with good work ethics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in email communication.
- Working knowledge of computers, such as MS Office.
Education and Professional Qualifications: Any degree.
Experience: Minimum 1 Year mandatory in Off Plan Sales (GCC & International Sales)
Joining Time: Immediate / Freshers / Tourist (having local experience considered)
