Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and guide clients on real estate investments in key areas of Dubai including Dubai Marina JBR EMAAR Beachfront and Bluewater Island.
• Identify and cultivate leads through diverse channels including networking referrals and market research.
• Conduct property viewings and manage negotiations to facilitate successful sales transactions
• Build and maintain longterm relationships with both buyers and sellers offering exceptional customer service.
• Generate and follow up on leads ensuring that all client inquiries are promptly addressed
• Collaborate closely with internal sales team regarding any hot stock or hot buyers reinforcing our internal market place to booster productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities client communications and transactions on our CRM system
• Stay informed about current market trends and property values to provide insightful advice to clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate brokerage or sales is preferred but we also welcome experienced sales professionals from other industries who are looking to transition into real estate.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. A strong salesdriven attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A proactive confident and motivated attitude to drive results and represent the company professionally.
• A valid drivers license is essential.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and various real estate software tools.

What We Offer:
